Ghost Story #1: The Haunting of Cabin 13

Hi everyone, I decided to continue the Cabin 13 story in this post. Turning directions a little bit this is our first ghost story on the blog. Without any more rambling here we go.

Babcock State Park is located in Clifftop, West Virgina. It is a beautiful sight to see with it's beautiful creek and its famous Glade Creek grist mill. If you go across the bridge and turn down the tiny road to the right directly behind the grist mill and follow it to the last cabin on the road you have found cabin 13.

In 1996 pastor James Michael Flippo allegedly murdered his wife Cheryl Lynn Flippo in cabin 13. Local legend says that if you visit cabin 13 or are brave enough to stay the night that you will likely encounter the ghost of Cheryl Flippo still trapped at the property.

According to some there have been reports of seeing a woman's apparition through windows of the cabin. There are also claims of a ghostly type of fog and the feeling of uneasiness surrounding the cabin 13 area.

Are you brave enough to go check it out? I have been multiple times but never stayed inside. Although I have yet to see anything. I get a very chilling feeling anytime I near the end of that little road where cabin 13 still sits to this day.
